Clinton McNemee, Park/Watershed Supervisor, worked for the City in the Parks Dept. from 2002 to 2006, becoming Supervisor in May 2007. Clinton is a graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Parks and Recreation Management. He came to the City of Atchison from the City of Bonner Springs where he was Parks Supervisor. Works Rick Fay, Building Official, joined the city in August
of 2007. Rick is a Kansas State
graduate, becoming a licensed architect in 1982. Previously Rick worked 9 years for the Kansas
State Fire Marshal as a Fire Protection Specialist. Rick oversees compliance for new building
