Clinton McNemee, Park/Watershed Supervisor, worked for the City in the Parks Dept. from 2002 to 2006, becoming Supervisor in May 2007. Clinton is a graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Parks and Recreation Management. He came to the City of Atchison from the City of Bonner Springs where he was Parks Supervisor.
