Citizen Discount
(a) Low-income elderly
person defined. A low-income elderly
person is one who is sixty-two (62) years of age on or before the first day
of January of the year in which the reduced service charge is applicable. (b) Qualification of
low-income elderly person. To qualify
for this low-income elderly person reduced service charge, a person or family
must have an income during the preceding calendar year from all sources, less
that Seventeen Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($17,450) for a family of one;
Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($19,900) for a family of two; Twenty
Two Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($22,400) for a family of three; and,
Twenty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($24,900) for a family of four or
